For Professional Service providers, such as doctors, dentists, lawyers and others, appointment cards are a great way to remind their clients when their next appointment might be. Appointment Cards are especially helpful for those who don’t use digital calendars on computers and mobile devices. Let’s face it! Appointment cards can help your clients keep track of their scheduled appointments.

DCL Media & Print can provide you a standard, finished 3.5” x 2” appointment card printed on one side or both sides, with Black print on white stock or full, four-color printing. When preparing your artwork, it should be with full bleeds and measure 3.75” x 2.25”. Please send us a Print Ready PDF file with fonts outlined and images embedded. We offer two options for appointment card stock; either 14 point uncoated paper stock or 16 point uncoated paper stock. As noted above, the print surface is white and has a matte finish which allows you to write on it. Check the Cost Calculator for this and other options.

When it comes to artwork and typesetting, DCL Media & Print offers you some options. One, you can use our standard template and provide us a Print Ready File. Two, you can take advantage of our Basic Typesetting service. Send us your Logo or Images and whatever content you want printed on the appointment card. We’ll set the type.
